Work has continued at pace on this development. The concrete structure of the building is going up rapidly! I will now be posting images every week to show the sites progress.

Hello, it has been a while. The Greenwood Rd development is progressing well. The mews houses exteriors have been built and timber work is under way, which will so be followed by the windows and the roof. The brick work on the original house is currently being restored using reclaimed bricks and will be finished shortly.

Tile Kiln lane – Exterior works

Work continues at tempo at Tile Kiln lane. The zinc roof is being laid at the moment, which will supply both an attractive finish and longevity. This is because zinc is resistant to corrosion and as such, it will not require costly maintenance. The Kebony exterior is now in place. Not only is it aesthetically appealing but it will provide a weather resistant facade.
