We have finally got all the paperwork finalised to start on the conversion and new build at 25 Penshurst Rd. We will be be constructing five two bedroom flats and two houses. All whilst restoring the Victorian façade of the Penshurst Arms. We are due to finish in spring 2016!

Unit B, which is very near completion, is now for sale. As you can see from the images, it has an industrial feel and is being finished to a very high spec!

Hi all, We are now basically complete at 3 Mentmore Terrace, the buyers and tenants have moved in and the final touches are being put on the exterior and two commercial units. We are really proud of this project and hope you like the results of are hard work.

The team are putting the final touches to the apartments at Mentmore Terrace. We will have the final images of the completed project in the next few weeks. So watch this space!

This former Laundry is in the process of being  transforming into a multi-faceted  arts space. We have been renovating several of the interior areas for use as a designer high end restaurant, gallery and live music space.  After several months our work there is drawing to a close, and we would like to say a big thank you to the team, for the outstanding quality of their work!
